I am a 2017 graduate of Simmons University when I earned my Masters in Social Work with a concentration in children and families. I have worked extensively in schools and medical settings providing therapy to children and adults. I have worked in legal settings, hospitals, primary care, schools and community agencies. I also have a lot of life experience that I bring to the table! My approach is very client centric - no two people are alike and different things work for different people. I like to get to know people and can offer support and strategies for coping or changing behaviors. I am here to empower you to live your best life, whatever that may look like.
In my spare time I enjoy skiing, reading, dance and spending time with my family and friends.
My therapy interests include childhood trauma, infertility, adoption, coping with illness, and athletes.
I look forward to learning more about you and how I can help you!
